5 Minute Truffles:

1 cup raw walnuts           1 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla                  pinch  of sea salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor, and process until desired texture... roll into balls and press with a fork, or put a walnut or pecan on top. This is a great recipe for children to make, and also great for tea parties~ Yummy!
